Help unemployed and underemployed veterans build skills, earn credentials, and pursue stronger careers and income. Choose an amount to give today.
Operation Force Multiplier helps unemployed and underemployed veterans strengthen their skills and pursue better employment opportunities. Each participant can work with a case manager to identify career interests, existing skills, and barriers to work.
The program connects veterans with training, certifications, apprenticeships, and other learning opportunities aligned with regional employer needs. Resume development, interview preparation, and job search support help participants present their experience to civilian employers.
Where available, the program can connect veterans with employers, workforce agencies, and job placement partners. Financial coaching can help participants plan for the transition into new work and manage income as it changes. The goal is to help veterans translate their experience into meaningful work, stronger earnings, and long term career growth.
