Operation New Horizon supports veterans returning to the community after incarceration or dealing with legal barriers that affect their stability. Reentry navigation can include help pursuing housing, identification documents, benefits, health care, and legal resources.
Case managers can coordinate with appropriate community and justice system partners to support a structured transition. Participants can connect with fair chance employment, career training, and interview preparation.
Financial coaching can help veterans rebuild everyday money management and plan for obligations. Counseling and peer mentoring can support personal growth and family reconnection. The goal is to help veterans establish a stable, productive path forward after justice system involvement.
